Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher age of majority required by the laws of your country of residence, to open a Player Account and use the Services.
- Australian residents: The Operator does not hold an Australian gambling licence and its Services are regarded as prohibited to Australian residents under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth). If you are physically present in Australia, you are not permitted to create or use a Player Account, regardless of age, and you access the Site and any offshore Services entirely at your own risk.
- Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
Account Creation Process
- Registration form: To open an Account, you must complete the registration form provided by the Operator, supplying accurate and complete personal information including (at a minimum) your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and, where required, residential address and mobile number.
- Email verification: Following submission, you may be required to verify your email address via an activation link or code sent to the email address you provided. Failure to complete this step may result in your Account remaining inactive or being cancelled.
- KYC documentation: Before allowing deposits, wagers or withdrawals, and at any time thereafter, the Operator may request KYC documentation, which may include:
- a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driver's licence);
- proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement or government letter, generally not older than 3 months);
- proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g. copy of card with masked digits, e-wallet screenshot or bank statement); and
- any additional documents reasonably required to confirm your identity, source of funds or compliance with applicable laws.
- Single account policy: You may hold only one Player Account with the Operator. Creating multiple Accounts, including under different names or emails, is prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide at registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate and kept up to date. You must notify the Operator promptly of any changes, for example to your address or email.
- Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must:
- choose a strong, unique password;
- not share your credentials with any third party; and
- log out after each session, especially when using shared devices.
- Unauthorised use: Any Bet or transaction placed using your credentials will be deemed to have been placed by you. You must inform the Operator immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
- Residence and legality: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you are in a Restricted Jurisdiction, including Australia, you must not open or use a Player Account.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Funding requirement: Bets may only be placed using available funds in your Player Account (Real Money Balance or, where allowed, Bonus Funds). Bets cannot exceed your available balance.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has minimum and maximum bet limits defined by the Operator and/or the game provider. These limits may vary by Game and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect Bets already placed.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted once it has been processed by the Operator's servers and appears in your Game history. Once accepted, a Bet cannot ordinarily be cancelled by you.
- Currency: The default account currency and any alternative currencies supported by the Operator will be specified in the cashier interface. Currency exchange rates, if applicable, are set by the Operator or its payment providers.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- User-initiated cancellation: After a Bet has been confirmed, you have no right to cancel or amend it except where the relevant Game explicitly offers a "cash out" or equivalent feature and you use that feature in accordance with its rules.
- Operator-initiated voiding: The Operator may declare Bets void, cancel winnings and/or re-settle Games in the following circumstances:
- obvious technical errors, bugs or malfunctions in the Game, random number generator (RNG) or user interface;
- palpable errors (including clearly incorrect odds or payouts) that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake;
- evidence of collusion, fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other prohibited conduct; or
- where a Bet was accepted in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
- Game disconnections: In the event of a disconnection or interruption, the Operator will apply the rules provided by the relevant game provider. Typically:
- completed Bets will stand and be settled as normal; and
- unfinished rounds will either be completed automatically in your absence or voided and refunded, depending on the Game rules.
Rules of Conduct and Fair Play
- Prohibited behaviour: When using Games, live casino features, chat or any communication tools, you must not:
- use abusive, racist, sexist, defamatory, threatening or otherwise offensive language;
- harass, threaten or otherwise harm other players, staff or affiliates;
- promote illegal activities or share links to unlawful content; or
- spam, advertise or solicit other users.
- Fraud and abuse: You must not:
- use bots, automated tools, scripts or any form of AI to play Games;
- exploit software bugs, loopholes or malfunctions;
- collude with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; or
- engage in activities that the Operator reasonably considers to be "bonus abuse", including but not limited to multiple account creation, arbitrage betting or contrived betting patterns intended solely to exploit promotional offers.
- Fairness and RNG: Games are intended to be fair and random, and the Operator refers to technical standards, such as those published by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) via gaminglabs.com, as benchmarks for RNG integrity. However, no specific GLI certificate is warranted in these Terms.
- Consequences of breach: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, confiscate Bonuses and associated winnings and/or report suspected unlawful conduct to relevant authorities if you breach the rules of conduct or fair play obligations.
Bonus Terms
Activation and Availability of Bonuses
- Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or promotion will be subject to particular terms and conditions ("Bonus Rules"), which may specify eligibility criteria, activation steps, maximum bonus amounts, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits and expiry dates.
- Opt-in mechanisms: Some Bonuses require you to opt in by entering a bonus code, selecting a promotion in the cashier or contacting support before making the qualifying deposit. If you fail to follow the specified steps, the Bonus may not be credited.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to specific countries, payment methods or user segments. Residents or persons physically present in Restricted Jurisdictions, including Australia, may not be eligible to receive or use Bonuses, even if they can technically access the Services.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Standard wagering: Unless otherwise stated in the Bonus Rules, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, 30x the Bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
- Contribution by game type: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering. For example:
- most slot games: 100% of the stake;
- table games and video poker: 0 - 25% of the stake; and
- certain low-risk or excluded games: 0% of the stake.
- Time limits: Bonuses may be subject to expiry periods, typically ranging from 1 to 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
Prohibited Games, Bets and Actions
- Restricted games: Certain Games may be excluded from Bonus play or restricted for technical, regulatory or risk reasons. Placing Bets on such Games using Bonus Funds may result in cancellation of the Bonus and related winnings.
- Maximum bet limits: When using Bonus Funds, there may be a maximum allowed Bet per spin or game round (for example, AUD 5 or an equivalent amount). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may be treated as Bonus abuse.
- Irregular play: The following types of play may be considered irregular and may lead to confiscation of Bonuses and winnings:
- placing single high-value Bets primarily to progress through wagering;
- using low-risk betting strategies to cover most outcomes;
- placing large Bets on high-volatility games after achieving substantial wins for the purpose of exploiting wagering requirements; or
- colluding with other players to transfer Bonus value.
Combining Promotions and Stacking
- One Bonus at a time: Unless expressly permitted, only one active deposit-related Bonus may be in play at any given time. Attempting to redeem multiple overlapping Bonuses may lead to cancellation of one or more Bonuses.
- No transfer: Bonuses are non-transferable and have no independent monetary value. You may not sell, trade or otherwise dispose of Bonus Funds.
- Precedence of Bonus Rules: In the event of any conflict between these general Bonus Terms and the specific Bonus Rules for a promotion, the specific Bonus Rules will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Conditions
- Payment options: Subject to availability and your location, deposits may be made via:
- credit and debit cards;
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- bank transfers; and
- supported cryptocurrencies or digital assets, where permitted by the Operator.
- Ownership of payment methods: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own legal name. Using third-party payment methods without express permission and appropriate verification is prohibited.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts will be specified in the cashier interface and may vary by payment method and jurisdiction. The Operator may impose additional limits for responsible gambling or risk-management reasons.
- Fees: The Operator endeavours to process deposits without additional fees; however, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply charges or exchange rates beyond the Operator's control.
Withdrawal Rules and Processing
- Verification: Before processing a withdrawal, the Operator may conduct KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Failure to provide requested documents may result in delays or cancellation of your withdrawal request.
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits. If this is not feasible, the Operator may require an alternative method in your name, subject to verification.
- Limits and timeframes: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week or month may apply and will be indicated in the cashier interface. Processing times may vary depending on internal procedures and the payment provider, but the Operator will use reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawals within a commercially reasonable period, typically within 1 - 5 Business Days.
- Currency conversion: If your Account currency differs from your payment method currency, funds may be converted at the rate applied by the Operator or its payment provider. Exchange rate fluctuations and any associated fees are your responsibility.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
- Refunds of deposits: Deposits will generally not be refunded once used for wagering. The Operator may, at its discretion and subject to AML obligations, consider refund requests in limited circumstances, but is under no obligation to do so.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid legal basis, the Operator may:
- suspend or close your Account;
- void Bets and confiscate related winnings; and
- recover any losses and expenses incurred, including chargeback fees, by offsetting them against your Account balance or pursuing legal action.
- Bonus-related refunds: Where a refund or reversal is granted in connection with a Bonus, the Operator may cancel the Bonus and any associated winnings to prevent abuse.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Provision of Services: The Operator will use reasonable care and skill to provide the Services, maintain the security and integrity of its systems and implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and funds, subject to its licensing and regulatory framework in Curacao.
- Game fairness: The Operator endeavours to ensure that Games operate in accordance with their published rules and that outcomes are determined by a random process aligned with recognised technical standards (such as GLI standards). However, the Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Accuracy of information: While the Site, including the Extreme content, seeks to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Brand, Bonuses and Games, neither the Operator nor the Site author guarantees that all information is complete, current or free from typographical or technical errors.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
- any loss arising from hardware or software failures, network interruptions, DDoS attacks, system overloads or other technical issues beyond its reasonable control; or
- incompatibility between your device, internet connection or configuration and the Services.
- Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, including payment providers, internet service providers, software suppliers or external websites linked from the Site.
- Regulatory status in Australia: The Operator does not hold an Australian licence and is regarded by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) as an illegal offshore gambling service under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth). The inclusion of the Brand on the ACMA site blocking register (see https://acma.gov.au/site-blocking) means that access from Australia may be technically restricted and that you use VPNs or similar tools at your own risk. The Operator is not liable for any consequences arising from your decision to access the Services from Australia or any other Restricted Jurisdiction.
- Indirect and consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and the Site author (including but not limited to Chloe Anderson as content author) shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms.
Limitation of Maximum Compensation
- Cap on liability: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed:
- the amount of the Bet or Stakes that gave rise to the dispute; or
- if the claim does not relate to a particular Bet, the lesser of your net deposits to the Account over the preceding 90 days and AUD 2,000 (or equivalent in the Account currency).
- Consumer laws: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you may have under laws that apply to you and cannot be excluded (including any non-excludable rights under Australian consumer protection laws, to the extent those laws apply).
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Operator's IP: All intellectual property rights in and to the Brand, Games, software, logos, trademarks, trade names, domain names (including casinoextreme2.com and related operational domains), graphics, audio-visual content and underlying code are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Site content: All content on https://extreme-aussie.com, including reviews, ratings, articles, text authored by Chloe Anderson, designs and layouts associated with Extreme, is protected by copyright and may be owned by the Site operator and/or its licensors.
Permitted and Prohibited Uses
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and Services solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and information purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibitions: You may not, without prior written consent:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the software;
- use any automated devices, bots, crawlers or scraping tools to access or extract content from the Site or Games;
- use any trademarks, logos or branding associated with Extreme or Extreme in a way that may confuse or mislead others; or
- create derivative works based on the Site content or Services.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy policy: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data by the Operator and/or the Site is governed by the applicable privacy policy made available on the Site or the Brand's platform. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the relevant privacy policy.
- Compliance: The Operator undertakes to process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection and privacy laws in its jurisdiction of registration and, where required, other relevant regulations. However, as an offshore operator, it is not regulated by Australian privacy law authorities.
- Security: Reasonable technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, but no system is entirely secure and the Operator cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator and/or the Site operator may revise, update or otherwise modify these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or business changes.
- Notification: Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by one or more of the following:
- publishing the updated Terms on https://extreme-aussie.com;
- displaying a prominent notice or banner on the Site or within the Brand's platform; and/or
- sending an email notification to the address associated with your Player Account, where available.
- Effective date: Unless otherwise stated, changes will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms, with the "last updated" date adjusted accordingly (not later than 31 December 2026 for the current revision cycle).
- Acceptance and discontinuation: Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.
Termination & Suspension
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Operator-initiated actions: The Operator may suspend or permanently close your Player Account, withhold or confiscate funds and/or restrict your access to the Services if:
- you breach these Terms or any applicable Bonus Rules;
- you provide false, misleading or incomplete information, or fail to complete KYC checks;
- there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, bonus abuse or other criminal or improper conduct;
- you are found to be accessing the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction, including Australia; or
- the Operator is required to do so by law, court order or regulatory directive (including any request or enforcement measure by ACMA).
- User-initiated closure: You may request closure or self-exclusion of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or via any available account-management tools.
Procedure and Consequences
- Notification: Where legally and practically possible, the Operator will notify you by email of the reasons for suspension or closure and any actions you may take to remedy the situation.
- Funds on closure: In the event of Account closure not related to fraud, money laundering or serious breach:
- your Real Money Balance (less any applicable fees or chargebacks) will ordinarily be returned to you using a suitable payment method, subject to KYC and AML checks; and
- Bonus Funds and uncompleted Bonuses may be cancelled and forfeited.
- Forfeiture in serious cases: Where closure is due to serious breach, fraud or unlawful conduct, the Operator may, to the extent permitted by law, void Bets, confiscate Bonuses and winnings and report the matter to relevant authorities.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: These Terms, your use of the Services and any contractual relationship between you and the Operator shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, excluding any conflict of laws rules that would result in the application of another jurisdiction's laws.
- Australian law notice: For Users located in Australia, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and related ACMA regulations apply to the legality of offshore gambling services. While players are not typically prosecuted, the offering of interactive gambling services to Australian residents without an Australian licence is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as a representation that the Services are legal or authorised in Australia.
- Dispute resolution: In the first instance, you must submit any complaints or disputes to the Operator's customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the Operator may direct you to an external dispute resolution portal, such as https://centraldisputes.com or another recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, where applicable.
- Courts and arbitration: Subject to any mandatory arbitration or ADR provisions under the Operator's licence:
- any unresolved dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of Curacao; and
- the Operator may alternatively require that disputes be resolved by arbitration in Curacao under applicable arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
- Consumer rights: If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence afford you specific rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected by this governing law clause.
